As a Gujarati i love to eat thepla. Thepla is inherent part of Gujarati meal. We can easily take thepla with us when we go for travel. It doesn't spoil for 4-5 days. Thepla can be served with curd, mango pickle, potato sabzi. In every home they have their own recipe of thepla. Today i am going to show you one of the healthy recipe of thepla made with oats and spinach. So, lets get started.... Preparation time : 10 minutes Cooking time : 15-20 minutes Serves : 3 Persons Ingredients 1 cup wheat flour 1/2 cup oats flour 1/4 cup besan 1/2 cup chopped spinach 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp ginger green chilli paste 2 tbsp oil + for shallow frying 3 tbsp curd 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp cumin coriander powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp sesame seeds Salt as per taste Method 1.
